FOUND A HOME?
Let's go take a look...

Book a General Home Inspection today.

This is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation. The report will cover the condition of the home's heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing system; electrical system; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; and the foundation, basement and structural components.

Book a Pre-Listing Home Inspection soon.

Just like the General Home Inspection, the Pre-Listing Inspection checks all the major systems and the structure from the roof to the foundation. The main reason to get one is to avoid surprises during the transaction. Regardless of how long you’ve lived in your home or how old it is, there could be unknown issues lurking under the surface that could derail a sale.

The Pre-Listing Inspection essentially gives you an early heads-up as to what the buyer will likely discover during their inspection. With this information, you'll have more time to decide what to correct and/or what concessions to consider during negotiations.

Already a Home Owner? Did you forego your inspection or was your last inspection over  10 years ago?   Buying/owning a house is a huge commitment and you deserve to know all about your biggest investment. For peace of mind, you may want to consider booking a home inspection soon.

HOW'S YOUR AIR QUALITY?
A simple test = peace of mind

The bad news .... Radon is a naturally-occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer. Radon gas is inert, colorless and odorless. The good news .... testing is easy and once radon reduction measures are in place, home buyers/owners need not worry about the quality of the air in the home.       Book a Radon Test for your home or add one to an inspection.

The EPA actually recommends testing your water at least once a year for bacteria and nitrates/nitrites and every 3-5 years for chemical contaminants. Our basic Water Quality Test tests for nitrates/nitrites, bacteria (total Coliform, E. Coli) and lead. Other tests can be arranged upon request. Schedule a Water Quality Test for your home. We'll collect the samples and send to the lab. All you have to do is make the decision for your family.
